The echoes of royal ceremonies and bullfights linger in Plaza Mayor, while the Barrio de las Letras brings the Golden Age to life with verses of Cervantes and Lope de Vega underfoot. Along the shaded Paseo del Prado, the Neptune Fountain stands as a graceful emblem of Enlightenment Madrid.
The highlight is a guided visit to the Prado Museum, where masterpieces by Velázquez, Goya, Bosch, and Rubens showcase the brilliance of European art.
