At Dvine Routes, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as fair and transparent as possible for both our guests and our operations team. Please review the following terms before booking:

How to Cancel

  • All cancellations must be submitted via email to info@dvineroutes.com.
  • A cancellation will not be considered valid until you receive a validation email confirming such cancellation.
  • If you don’t receive a response, please follow up on +34 631 64 24 95 via phone call, text, or WhatsApp during office hours, Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (CET).

Cancellation Deadlines & Refund Eligibility

  • All cancellations must be made no less than 10 days in advance of the scheduled tour to qualify for a refund. 
  • Cancellations made within 10 days or less before the scheduled tour are non-refundable.
  • Last-Minute Bookings (7 days or less before the tour) are non-refundable.

Fees & Non-Refundable Items

  • We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of 10% of your total tour cost when carrying out the cancellation process.
  • All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Partial refunds are not issued, even if only part of a tour was missed.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Transaction fees or credit card charges may be non-refundable and will depend on your bank policy.

Additional Policies

  • Tours proceed in all weather conditions. Rain or shine, the tour will go ahead as scheduled. The tours will only be rescheduled if an official emergency weather alert has been issued.
  • Once you meet your guide, your tour is considered to have commenced, and refunds are no longer available. If you foresee any changes to your plans, please inform us ahead of time so we can recommend suitable solutions before your tour begins.
  • Refund exceptions, full or partial, are not guaranteed and only granted at the discretion of management, after the case in question has been thoroughly examined.

Modifications

  • Changes to bookings (such as date changes) are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour start time.
  • Fees may apply depending on the nature of the change.
  • Most tickets cannot be modified or rescheduled. Tickets that are repurchased will incur additional fees. 
  • Should the requested tour modification be unfeasible due to the unavailability of tickets or guides, the cancellation policy stated above shall apply in the event that the client elects to cancel.

Cancellations Made By Dvine Routes

In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances:

  • Guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  • We will notify guests as early as possible and provide assistance with alternative arrangements where possible.
