Meals are not included on our regular tours (except if indicated), however they are included on food tours and workshop.
We love families. Many of our itineraries are designed with children in mind and include fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities. Whether you are bringing toddlers or teens, we make sure there is something for everyone.
Our tours are not only for kids, the tours are designed with individuality in mind to cater for each traveler.
For full day tours with long durations, lunch breaks are included. However please note that lunch expenses are not covered by the company, except where indicated.
Yes. You need to, unless included in your tour package. Kindly note that we can arrange private transfer and transport UPON REQUEST.
Yes, we offer airport or train station pickups UPON REQUEST. Your booking information will have all the details, and we’re always just a message or call away.
It depends on the tour. Some are more active, while others are quite relaxed. If you have mobility concerns or prefer a lighter pace, we can adjust the itinerary. Just let us know in advance and we will tailor it to you.

Yes, please! We love customizing tours. We would be happy to work on a feasible itinerary whether it is, adding stops, or accommodating special needs, we will work closely with you to make the tour feel 100% yours. Do note these may come at an extra charge depending on your request, as the tour duration and some other factors might incur extra fees.

Tour start times and durations are fixed and cannot be easily adjusted close to the tour date, especially hours or minutes before its schedule. We kindly ask that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible.
